Mr. Bai Xiaosong

　　Mr. Bai Xiaosong was appointed as the Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of our company in January 2022. Mr. Bai has previously served as the Deputy General Manager of China Resources Petroleum Station, the Business Director of Strategic Management Department of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd., the Assistant General Manager and the Director of Human Resources and Development of China Resources Shenyang Sanyo Compressor Co., Ltd.（沈阳918博天堂官网三洋压缩机有限公司). He has also served as the Associate President of China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd., the Vice General Manager of China Resources Snow Breweries (China) Co., Ltd.（918博天堂官网雪花啤酒（中国）有限公司）, and the Vice President of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. Mr. Bai holds the qualification of Senior Engineer and a Master’s degree in Economics from Peking University.
　　

Mr. Liu Changan

　　Mr. Liu Changan is the Vice President of our company. Mr. Liu has previously held positions in various organizations, including the Beijing Municipal Commission of Rural Affairs (北京市委农工委), and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (市农业农村局). Mr. Liu holds a master's degree from China People's Liberation Army National Defence University.
　　

Mr. Qiu Kai

　　Mr. Qiu Kai is the Vice President of our company. Mr. Qiu has previously served as the Vice General Manager of Shenzhen China Resources Gosun Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (深圳918博天堂官网九新药业有限公司), the Deputy General Manager of the Marketing Center of CR Sanjiu, and the Executive Director of China Resources Kunming Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (昆明918博天堂官网圣火药业有限公司). He has also been the General Manager of Rehabilitation and Chronic Diseases Division of CR Sanjiu and the General Manager and Party Secretary of China Resources Kunming Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.. Mr. Qiu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the School of Management at Sun Yat-sen University.
　　

Mr. Tao Ran

　　Mr. Tao Ran is the Executive Director and Vice President of our Company. Mr. Tao has been the Deputy Chief of Import Division I of China Resources National Corporation (currently known as China Resources Company Limited), the General manager of Strategy Division of China Resources Textiles (Holdings) Co., Ltd., the Vice General Manager of China Resources Textiles (Holdings) Co., Ltd., as well as the Senior Director and General Manager of Strategic Development Division of our company. Mr. Tao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, China and a Master’s degree in Economics from the School of Economics and Management of Beihang University in Beijing, China.
　　

Ms. Tang Na

　　Ms. Tang Na is the Vice President of our company. Ms. Tang has previously served as the partner of Concord & Partners and the Director of Legal Affairs of China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group Co., Ltd. Ms. Tang holds the qualifications as a PRC lawyer and the corporate legal advisor. Ms. Tang holds a Bachelor’s degree of law from China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, and has also studied in the postgraduate program in Urban Economics at the School of Economics, Renmin University of China in Beijing, China.
　　

Mr. Cui Xingpin

　　Mr. Cui Xingpin is the Vice President of our company. Mr. Cui has been the Principal Staff Member of the Changping Branch of the Beijing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Chief Researcher of the COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute, and the Deputy General Manager of the Environmental Health and Safety Department of China Resources Group. Mr. Cui holds a Doctoral degree in Analytical Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, University of Science and Technology of China, and has carried out post-doctoral research in the Department of Pharmacology of the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
　　
　　

Ms. Deng Rong

　　Ms. Deng Rong is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of our company. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Central South University and a Master's degree in Management from Beijing Jiaotong University. She has previously served as the General Manager of the Financial Management Center of China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (918博天堂官网双鹤药业股份有限公司), as well as a member of the Party Committee, Director, Secretary of the Board, Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of Dong-E-E-Jiao Co.,Ltd.
　　

Mr. Meng Qingsheng

　　Mr. Meng Qingsheng is the Vice President of our company. Mr. Meng has been engaged in the Information Technology (IT) consultancy and management business for over 20 years. Mr. Meng has extensive experience in corporate IT strategic planning, system structural design, project management and professional personnel training. Mr. Meng successively held positions in SSA System Software China Co., Ltd., Platinum China Co., Ltd. and Oracle China Co., Ltd. Mr. Meng has also acted as the Deputy Director of the Information Management Department of China Resources Group.
